1) Chemical Name: Sodium Bicarbonate

2) Molecular Formula: NaHCO3 

3) Appearance: white crystalline powder
4) Properties: non-odorous and salty, easily soluble in water, insoluble in alcohol, presenting slight alkalinity, 
decomposed slowly when exposed to moist air.
5)Density:2.168. No odor, slightly salty. It is  liable to deliquesce, dissolved in water,soluble in liquid ammoni,slightly soluble in ethanol and glycerin.
Melting Point:271ºC. Decomposition temperature is 320ºC,It has oxidability and also has reducibility. It will slowly be oxidized into sodium nitrat in atmosphere, it can form nitrogen compound with nitrilo at low temperature.
